"My dad snapped his serpentine belt somehow and called me to figure it out. I’ve never had to call for a tow before, but I’m extremely glad I called these guys. They had a truck out to me in maybe 15 minutes. Erich (the driver) was awesome, joking with me and my friends the whole time. It was my first tow, as I said, so I was a bit confused on how a few things worked, but he explained everything.
When all was said and done, he also recommended things to try to figure out what caused the snap, and what else we should check just in case.
Could not recommend them more. I hope I’ll never need to call again, but if I do, I’m calling these guys."
